L5G 4N1Dock A-11 L.O.A. : 35 feet Beam: 11'11" (12 ft.) Engines: Newly completely rebuilt (0 hours since rebuild) are Twin Mercruiser 350 Magnum Horizon 350, Fuel Injected, 300 HP each. "Engines have new blocks and both have been rebuilt from the ground up by last year. They were both Dyno tested and ran for over 24 hours, after the rebuilds and were bench tested again prior to re-installation. Bristol Marine launched and inspected boat in May of this year. Engines had 670 and 710 hours prior to rebuilds. Boat is in the water and ready for a sea trial at any time.

2011 survey had boat fair market value at $85,000 Cdn. Hull is in excellent condition.
I have paid over $36,000 for work on this boat in the past year. I have all ALL receipts since December 2016 plus there were new deck railings all around, installed last year. Boat has been thoroughly washed and cleaned outside, but will need some heavy waxing to bring back the original shine for the year.
